Go Wild in Kenya

When it comes to booking a safari, you want a lodge that gets the balance right between wild and tame. And no lodge is more in harmony than the Safari and Conservation Company's Sirikoi

After a day of lion, rhino, and elephant spotting, you might lounge by the pool next to Zoe, the zebra who noses about the patio. Or perhaps you'd prefer a sun downer on the couch next to Sheba, the resident orphaned cheetah. Tamer mammals sighted here include Colin Firth and the families racing to book Sirikoi House, the lodge's newly opened three-bedroom spread. With its own dining and sitting room, kitchen, and veranda with fireplace, this self-contained setup is ideal for those who want extra privacy—although Sheba the cheetah may still stop by to say hi.

EXPERIENCE SIRIKOI...

Sirikoi is a beautiful lodge built on private land, surrounded by the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, on the northern slopes of Mount Kenya. Some of the best game viewing in East Africa takes place at Sirikoi. During the day, a range of exciting activities make your stay diverse and adventurous: opt for a helicopter flight or lion tracking, horse riding or walking on the conservancy, or visit the local colourful Masai in their homesteads.
The day ends with evening sundowners framed by the dramatic backdrop of Mount Kenya, and delicious meals are served under the stars or next to a roaring fire. Offering unparalleled hospitality in breath-taking surroundings, Sirikoi is one of the most outstanding lodges in Kenya where guests will be part of a unique African adventure.

ACCOMMODATION

Sirikoi has four luxury ensuite tents, a luxury cottage with two ensuite bedrooms (Sirikoi Cottage), as well as a three bedroom house (Sirikoi House). Both the house and the cottage are ideally suited to families or friends travelling together. The living area, infinity pool and verandah overlook extensive lawns, scattered acacia trees and a waterhole frequently visited by a variety of animals.

Climate: Pleasantly cool early mornings and evenings, comfortably warm days
